Duston Players Theatre Group are committed to maintaining the confidence and trust of the visitors to our website. We will not sell, rent or trade our emailing lists with other business, including marketing companies.
Our storage and usage of your personal data comes under our Legitimate Interests in accordance with current data protection regulations.
HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA:
Newsletter Subscriptions
If you sign up to our e-mail newsletter, we collect personal data. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about things you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information and to check our data is correct.
We use a third-party provider - MailChimp - to deliver our newsletters and manage our subscriber information. We gather statistics regarding email opening and clicks using their industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve the information we send out. Box Office
When you purchase a ticket (or tickets) through our TicketSource Box Office online, or reserve tickets over the phone, your name, address data, email and contact number will be stored in our Box Office system. You may, of course, purchase a ticket (or tickets) in person at the venue without supplying this personal data. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company without your consent. Your personal data, such as your name, contact number and email address (and postal address if we have delivered tickets) will be kept until you decide you would rather unsubscribe from our communications. You can do this by clicking the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of all email communications we send, or by emailing us directly at [email protected]
We may contact you periodically to ensure we have the correct data for you.
Members
Individuals who join Duston Players membership do so after completing a full application form with the details we need to insure our members on stage and backstage. This information includes full name, address and contact information, as well as photographic consent. This information is stored securely, and will be removed upon request.
If you have any concerns over the usage of your personal data, wish to make amendments to the information we hold, or wish to use your right to erasure, please contact Duston Players committee, by emailing [email protected] We will reply within 72 hours, as required by GDPR.
VIEWING THE INFORMATION WE HOLD:
